- Requirement analysis and feasibility studies
- HW architecture definition and selection of relevant technologies/components
- HW development and technical detailed design focused on microwave domain
- HW unit test/qualification and reporting
- HW project status reporting and tracking
- HW Configuration management
- Contribute to process improvement and innovation.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Physics or any related field
- Deep theoretical knowledge of techniques/technologies related to electronic/mechanic domains.
- Solid background in math and physics as provided by engineering university courses.
- Knowledge of waveguide microwave circuit theory, filter and circulator theory
- Knowledge of analog circuit design, linear and non-linear
- Knowledge of microwave planar circuit theory
- Knowledge of microwave system theory and basic blocks (LNA, PA, synthesizer, mixer, etc.)
- Knowledge of modulation and demodulation theory, QAM signals
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Good teamwork skills
- Adaptability and accountability
- Effectively cooperating with people with different technical backgrounds and culture, dealing with diverse situations and viewpoints
- Eager to learn and expand own knowledge.
- Experience in HW design and product life cycle
- Knowledge of widely used simulators such as CST and HFSS ADS, AWR and SPICE
- Knowledge of schematic capture tools such as Mentor
- Knowledge of microwave instrumentation
- Knowledge of active devices and electronic system thermal management
- Fluency in Italian
Annual Base Salary Range: 25,666.67 - 47,666.67 Euro
Target Incentive: 5 - 7.50%
