This is what you will do in This Role:

• Performs full range of standard work for the professional field.
• Ensure OTD by leading or Designing mechanical Drawings such as: Header Steel (Structural Elements) Layouts, Composites, Safety, Pneumatic, Guarding, Netting, etc.
• Ensure Quality Audits, support cross audits and revisions to peers and/or less experienced engineers deliverables.
• Solve and refers complex unusual problems to others with more seniority.
• Communicate, solve and track progress status to peers, project leads and managers. Able to remove roadblocks.
• Takes responsibility and executes improvements that impact directly productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Identifies and resolves more complex problems and applies problem-solving skills in order to deal with most situations.
• Identify needs and create documents, material and/or solving problems references (trouble shooting) for less experienced engineers.
• Able to coordinate a small team of engineers in technical execution. Budget management.
• Travel on site might be required. Low but feasible opportunities to travel across a number of our customer locations in order to fulfill the work requirements. Using prescribed guidelines and policies.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree - Mechanical or Civil Engineering or any other related to Mechanical Design field
• Background in Material Handling/Automation industry, preferred.
• 1-3 years of successful experience in related field.
• Applied knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) and Technical drawings.
• Applied knowledge of Inventor software and or Structural Design.
• Effectively uses fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization. (FEA).
