Manufacturing Engineer

Are you passionate about manufacturing excellence, process improvement, and automation? Join our team as a Manufacturing Engineer and play a key role in optimizing production processes, supporting advanced manufacturing equipment, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do:

✅ Serve as the subject matter expert for CNC machines, routers, waterjets, saws, robotics, and PLC-controlled equipment.

✅ Develop and enhance manufacturing processes, tooling, and work instructions.

✅ Lead process improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.

✅ Program, troubleshoot, and support manufacturing equipment and automation systems.

✅ Support new product launches and process implementation projects.

✅ Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and leadership teams to improve operational performance.

✅ Develop training and apprenticeship programs to support workforce development.

What We're Looking For:

✔ Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent manufacturing experience).

✔ 3-5 years of manufacturing engineering or process improvement experience.

✔ Experience with manufacturing equipment, fabrication processes, and production support.

✔ Knowledge of CNC machinery, PLC-controlled equipment, automation systems, and continuous improvement methods.

✔ Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

💲 Hiring Range: $77,000 - $88,000 annually

Compensation is based on experience, skills, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
