12D Civil Engineer

Civil Design Engineer – 12D | Land Development – Greenfield & Industrial Subdivisions

One of my key land development engineering clients in Melbourne is looking to appoint an Intermediate/Senior Civil Design Engineer with strong 12D experience to join their team.

The business has a strong pipeline of work across both greenfield residential and industrial subdivisions throughout Victoria. They are ideally looking for an engineer with 4–8 years' experience, strong 12D capability, and a solid technical background delivering land development projects in Victoria.

This is a smaller, highly capable team where culture and team fit are genuinely important. They are looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively but is also comfortable taking ownership of their own design work.

Ideally, you will have:

• 4–8 years' civil design experience
• Strong experience within the Victorian land development sector
• MRWA accreditation or currently working towards accreditation
• High-level proficiency in 12D Model
• Experience across roads, drainage, earthworks and subdivision infrastructure
• Good knowledge of Victorian council and water authority requirements
• A Civil Engineering degree or relevant technical qualification
• The ability to independently deliver design packages while working collaboratively within a broader project team
