Packaging Engineer

Role Overview: The Packaging Developer is responsible for designing and managing custom packaging solutions to securely transport automotive parts between suppliers and manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate packaging designs, utilizing 3D software to make strategic decisions and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Lead project management efforts to create cost-effective, simplified packaging solutions that meet operational needs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for feedback, ensure compliance with guidelines, and document change points and development processes.
• troubleshoot packaging issues impacting mass production and validate design effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience in automotive or manufacturing industries.
• 0-6 years of relevant engineering experience, with strong technical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
