Tooling & Die Design Engineer

Role: Lead die/mold design for North American mass production, creating 3D models and detailed drawings. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure high-quality parts and stable production.

• Design die and mold tooling using CAD software.
• Implement customer specifications into new and existing dies/molds.
• Investigate and resolve tooling issues during production.
• Oversee design and manufacturing processes with suppliers.
• Support installation of dies/molds and equipment at production sites.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field; or relevant experience with an associate’s degree.
• 0-2 years relevant experience; co-op experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CAD software and knowledge of mechanical/manufacturing processes.

Work Environment: Mostly office-based with some manufacturing environment exposure, including standing, lifting up to 40 lbs, and occasional travel.
