Design Engineer - Graphics and Labels

Role Overview: Responsible for developing functioning prototypes of ATV/SxS vehicles, focusing on appearance functions such as New Color Development, Graphics, and Labels.

Key Responsibilities: Design component and system layouts using CAD software, ensuring they meet concept, function, and manufacturing requirements. Communicate specifications through detailed drawings, maintain documentation, and adhere to cost targets by optimizing designs. Manage work schedules, coordinate resources, and participate in project meetings. Contribute ideas for new technologies and develop them for application, maintaining market quality themes. Utilize problem-solving techniques to analyze root causes and develop specifications with minimal supervision.

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's in engineering or related field, with experience in automotive or powersports preferred. Strong leadership, communication, confidentiality, and technical skills are essential, including proficiency in FTA, FMEA, CAD, Adobe Illustrator, and understanding of tolerances and CAE principles.

Working Conditions: Primarily desk-based with frequent keyboarding, some travel, and exposure to typical office/shop hazards. Overtime may be required.
