Power Performance Design Engineer

Role Overview: This position involves developing functioning prototypes of ATV/SxS vehicles, applying new technologies, and ensuring global product quality.

Key Responsibilities: Develop component and system layouts using CAD software to meet concept, function, and manufacturing requirements with minimal supervision. Communicate specifications through detailed drawings, maintain technical documentation, and optimize designs to meet cost targets. Manage work schedules, coordinate resources, and participate in project meetings. Generate innovative ideas for new technologies and support quality improvements by analyzing root causes and developing specifications.

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, with experience in automotive or powersports preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and confidentiality skills. Proficiency in FTA, FMEA, dimensional tolerance, CAD, and product development schedules.

Work Conditions: Involves occasional travel, primarily desk work with some physical activity, and adherence to safety policies. Overtime may be required based on project needs.
