Travel Program Specialist (US time zone)

The primary responsibility of this role is the management of the Corporate Travel Inbox, serving as the central point of contact for employee travel support, travel policy guidance, supplier coordination, and travel program communication. This position ensures travelers receive timely assistance while supporting the overall effectiveness, compliance, and performance of the corporate travel program. The role partners with travelers, travel management companies (Amex GBT), suppliers (air-car-hotel), finance, procurement, security, HR, and other internal stakeholders to administer travel-related processes and resolve travel issues.
