Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience

Minimum 3 years in industrial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of site activities and execution requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project schedules.
• Prepare method statements for individual project activities.
• Coordinate site activities with all disciplines, including Civil, Mechanical, and E&I.
• Interpret and work in accordance with project drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, productivity, and costs to support timely project execution.
• Ensure all site activities comply with required quality and HSE standards.
• Maintain project documentation and coordinate effectively with clients.

Requirements

• Prior experience in heavy industrial projects will be considered an advantage.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to Health, Safety, Quality, and Client Satisfaction.
• Possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately or have a shorter notice period.
• Be willing to work across Bahrain and other GCC locations, as required.
