As our Junior Packaging Developer, you'll become part of an international Packaging Development team and help bring innovative packaging solutions from idea to reality. You'll work closely with Marketing, Product Development, Procurement, Production, Quality, and suppliers to ensure our products are packaged efficiently, sustainably, and ready for consumers.

What You'll Achieve
Bring Packaging Ideas to Life
- You will support the development and implementation of packaging solutions across a diverse portfolio of food products.
- You will help transform packaging concepts into commercially viable solutions that can be successfully produced and launched.
- You will participate in packaging projects from concept through implementation.
- You will coordinate activities with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- You will support packaging changes, material updates, supplier transitions, and new product launches.
- You will work closely with Marketing, Product Development, Procurement, Production, and Quality teams.
- You will act as a key link between technical and non-technical stakeholders, helping translate requirements into practical packaging solutions.
- You will contribute to cross-functional project meetings and decision-making processes.
- You will organize and support packaging trials and production tests.
- You will evaluate results, document outcomes, and help identify improvements.
- You will contribute to ensuring packaging solutions meet quality and operational requirements.
- You will work with packaging suppliers to obtain samples, technical information, and specifications.
- You will help evaluate new materials and alternative packaging options.
- You will maintain packaging specifications and technical information in internal systems.
- You will support the creation and management of packaging documentation and artwork-related processes.
- You will contribute to improving efficiency and consistency in packaging development activities.
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Packaging Technology, Packaging Engineering, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Recent graduates and candidates with internship, thesis, or first professional experience are encouraged to apply.
- You have a genuine interest in packaging, sustainability, and consumer goods.
- You enjoy learning and are excited to develop your expertise through hands-on experience.
- You enjoy working with people from different functions and backgrounds.
- You communicate clearly and build positive working relationships.
- You approach challenges with a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
- You can prioritize tasks, manage multiple activities, and adapt when plans change.

- You are fluent in English.
- Good German language skills are required for collaboration with local stakeholders and production teams.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
