What You’ll Do
- To support CPE/FWA/extenders life-cycle and testing activities/setup as required;
- To support other teams/function during the troubleshooting activities home devices/customer issues;
- To drive and implement market specific features on CPE/FWA/extenders according to the requirement definition;
- To develop new devices, services and components toward a consistent and afficient solution;
- Provide technical Home Devices expertise to Group Networks and Group Commercial organization in new home devices and related services;
- Transfer technical knowledge transfer towards Group and Local Marketing teams, in order to facilitate Homegateways and related servcies adoption decisions;
- Analyze and validate product and technical requirements of GN and Group Market deliverables;
- Design of Home Device architecture and requirements for new products and services;
- Develop processes and designs across home devices and fixed/FWA solutions;
- Engage with local market teams to identify and execute defined activities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications networks and services (fixed and mobile), with an end-to-end understanding of the ecosystem;
- Experience with FWA (Fixed Wireless Access) solutions, which is considered a highly valued advantage;
- Experience in large-scale projects and multi-vendor environments, including ODMs, chipset vendors, and Core Network providers;
- Analytical and conceptual thinking, with the ability to challenge existing solutions and identify innovation opportunities;
- Strong collaboration skills in multinational teams, effectively engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- At least 5 years of experience in the development of Home Devices and network services;
- Proven experience in managing and contributing to complex projects and programs;
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Home Devices products and advanced digital service solutions;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
