We're seeking a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer with land development experience to design, manage, and deliver infrastructure projects from concept through permitting and construction.

🔎 What You'll Do

• Design land development infrastructure including roadways, stormwater, drainage, potable water, and sanitary sewer systems
• Perform and review engineering calculations
• Prepare engineering plans, specifications, and technical documents
• Prepare and process permits through applicable regulatory agencies
• Develop site construction cost estimates
• Review and approve shop drawings and material specifications
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, CAD designers, and other disciplines
• Participate in client and project meetings
• Support construction inspection, permit certification, and project closeout
• Maintain high standards for technical quality, organization, and project delivery

💻 What You'll Bring

• Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license — REQUIRED
• B.S. in Civil Engineering or equivalent from an ABET-accredited university
• 5+ years of civil engineering experience in land development
• AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency
• Experience with ICPR and/or ASAD preferred
• Microsoft Project, Excel, and Microsoft Office experience
• Strong technical, communication, and project coordination skills
