Electrical Engineer

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Develop drawing of Control panels, Synchronization panels, Transformers, MCCs.

Ensures that the Electrical Technicians complete deliverables as scheduled.

Prepares single line diagrams, electrical calculations, cable sizing, specifications for electrical materials,

Prepares requisitions for Electrical materials procurement as required in the Workshop.

Reads and interprets engineering drawings and specs.

Interfaces with CSD Supervisor and Technical Manager for engineering related Issues.

Ensure electrical technicians follow relevant procedures, international standards and Mantrac General Specifications.

Attend FAT for Electrical engineering activities and relevant technical evaluation.

Checks that the design is developed in line with the design, Pre-project studies and the Statement of Requirements.

Requirements

B.Sc / B.Eng Degree in Electrical Engineering.

3+ years' experience electrical/wiring jobs.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.

Previous experience in a similar role or industry.

Strong mathematical and technical skills.
