Your Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of technical specifications, product ideas, and solution concepts within international development teams
  • Design and develop analog, digital, signal, and power electronic circuits
  • Perform simulations, worst-case analyses, and FMEAs to validate and optimize circuit designs
  • Evaluate, select, and validate electronic components according to technical and product requirements
  • Conduct electrical, thermal, and EMC measurements on prototypes and pre-series products
  • Verify and validate prototypes and pre-series devices, including the preparation of verification and test documentation
  • Plan and coordinate qualification activities with internal and external laboratories
  • Prepare manufacturing documentation, test specifications, and technical documentation to support the transition to series production
  • Collaborate with international development teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of drive technology and electronic systems


Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification as an electrical engineering technician
  • Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics, with experience developing products through to series production
  • Practical and theoretical knowledge of power electronics as well as control and regulation technology
  • Experience with circuit development, simulation, testing, and validation
  • Familiarity with EMC, thermal, and electrical testing and related verification processes
  • Experience with FMEA, worst-case analysis, and component evaluation is an advantage
  • Structured, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to understand complex technical relationships
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the flexibility to work in an international environment
  • Fluent in English and German
