Our client, a leading construction contractor delivering complex projects across Ireland and Europe, is seeking an experienced MEP Design Manager to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a building services professional to take ownership of the MEP design process on large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate MEP design activities across projects.
• Lead design reviews and coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Ensure designs meet programme, quality, compliance, and client requirements.
• Drive value engineering, design optimisation, and risk mitigation.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in an MEP Design Manager.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and design coordination.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desirable:

• Data Centre, Mission Critical, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Industrial project experience.
• Knowledge of BIM and digital construction processes.
