R&D Engineer

As an R&D Engineer at BSK HVAC, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and testing innovative HVAC technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to research new concepts, improve existing products, and ensure our solutions meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development activities to design and optimize HVAC systems and components.
• Develop prototypes and conduct experiments to validate new concepts and technologies.
• Analyze test data and prepare detailed reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to drive innovation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product performance and reduce costs.
• Support the preparation of technical documentation, including patents, white papers, and technical manuals.
