该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities(职责):

  • Sheet metal parts and safety structure (ROPS, FOPS, FOG…) design for excavator/wheel loader cab (负责挖掘机和装载机驾驶室钣金零部件及安全结构如ROPS/FOPS/FOG的设计).
  • Plastic and rubber parts design for excavator/wheel loader cab (负责挖掘机和装载机驾驶室塑料和橡胶零部件设计).
  • Operator seat development for excavator/wheel loader cab(负责挖掘机和装载机驾驶室驾驶员座椅的开发和应用).
  • Excavator and wheel loader cab products maintenance and continue improvement, like quality improvement, cost reduction and customer voice management(负责挖掘机和装载机驾驶室的产品维护和持续改善，包括产品质量提升，成本降低及客户需求管理等).
  • Ergonomic study and cab layout optimization, like switches, levers, joysticks, handles, displays’ position optimization (负责人体工程学研究及驾驶室内布置优化，如开关，推杆，手柄，把手，显示屏等布置优化).
  • New technology study: include but not limit to new technology status and development trends study, also application feasibility study, like head up display, 3D Print, NVH, new material… (新技术研究: 包括但不限于新技术现状及发展趋势, 以及应用可行性分析, 比如抬头显示, 3D 打印, 噪音/震动/声振粗糙度, 新材料等). Requirements(能力与技能要求):
  • At least 5 years work experience of cab design at construction equipment or automobile industry (至少具备在工程机械或汽车行业5年的驾驶室设计经验)
  • Good at English (spoken, writing, reading). (良好的英语口语，写作及阅读能力)
  • Solid knowledge within one or duplicated areas as: mechanical design, mold design, material engineering/science like metallic/polymer material, welding… (在机械设计，模具设计，材料工程与科学 (金属和高分子材料，焊接…) 等一个或多个领域具备扎实的理论知识).
  • Be good at self-motivation and learning, willing to learn new thing (良好的自我激励和学习能力，愿意接受新事物).
  • Good at communication and collaboration, be active and team player (善于沟通和协作，积极主动并具备团队合作精神).
  • CAD software: skilled in at least one CAD tool, Catia, Creo is preferred (至少熟练掌握一种三维绘图软件, 最好是Catia，Creo).
  • Basic knowledge and skills of FEA analysis (具备基本的有限元分析知识和能力).
  • Skilled in office software like excel, PowerPoint, and photoshop is a plus. (熟练使用excel, PowerPoint 等办公软件，熟练使用photoshop者更佳)
