岗位概述:

• 了解客户需求，并根据客户需求提供加热解决方案；制作报价、加热器的 3D 和 2D 图纸、BOM、设计计算及产品文件；并能协助解决生产问题。
• 优先考虑来自加热设备行业，并具备机械设计背景的候选人。

Position Summary:

• Understand the customer's needs and provide a heating solution based on those needs, produce quotation, produce 3D and 2D drawings for heater, BOM, design calculation, product documentation, can assist in resolving production issues.
• Prefer from heating equipment industry with background in mechanical design.

Skills, Abilities and Mastery:

• Product & Process Documentation:
• Read and interpret customer specifications and drawings for moderately complex products
• Work independently to create and modify complex product and process designs using appropriate design specifications and trade-off curves
• Prepare CAD models and drawings for new parts and assemblies based on customer needs
• Support the capture and reuse of knowledge such as trade-off curves
• Develop and update regulatory and quality compliance documentation as needed

测试与评估：

• Perform tests, inspections, and other evaluations of products and processes based on defined procedures and standards and create procedures and standards for these activities
• Create and program applications using appropriate software
• Perform failure analyses of production line and field products
• Contribute to resolution of manufacturability issues with production floor and Manufacturing Engineering for new products
• Work independently to create test reports
• Contribute to development of new manufacturing processes

• Perform quality investigations and provide recommendations to address issues
