Hardware Design Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 About the Team We are looking for a new colleague in R&D Center at our location in Shanghai. What you can look forward to as Hardware Design Engineer:

• Be responsible for HW development;
• Develop product specifications with cross functional team;
• Define the product design architecture, design concepts to meet the customer specific requirements;
• Complete schematics captures under company design guidelines and best practices;
• Be responsible for Worst Case Calculation and module circuit design;
• Be responsible for EMC test and bench test;
• Complete electronics DFMEA to ensure the robustness of the design;
• Complete circuit testing and debug in a lab environment;
• Attend ECAD input review with ECAD engineer and Mechanical engineer;
• Make the test plan (EMC&DV&PV) with test Engineer;
• Work closely with the manufacturing site for production support activities.
• Deliver the engineering process documents in compliance with development processes as well as automotive Spice requirements;
• Co-ordinate and liaise the prototype builds during the development phase with the support from rest of the engineering team;
• Support the hardware engineers/software engineers in debugging, diagnosing and testing the prototypes;
• Diagnose and fault-find the steering ECU during different quality events pre and post production launches in the steering ECU test rigs.
• Support the steering system team in commissioning the entire system and provide system performance tuning support
• Release customer drawings and documentations (BOM) as required Your Profile as Hardware Design Engineer:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Hardware (or equivalent) ;
• Familiar in schematic entry via ECAD systems. Mentor expertise is preferred ;
• Good knowledge of Electrical Control Unit design;
• Technical automotive electronics knowledge desirable.
• Good time management skills and communication ability with all level of people.
• Self-motivation and good interpersonal skills.
