We are seeking both early‑career and mid‑career Electrical/Electronics Engineers to support the design, development and delivery of subsea production control systems. In this role, you will produce high‑quality electrical and electronic designs, calculations and documentation while ensuring compliance with industry and company standards. You will work within multidisciplinary teams to deliver engineering packages and support manufacturing, testing and occasional operational activities.
Mid‑career candidates stepping into a senior (Lead) position will additionally provide technical direction, design assurance and mentorship, acting as key technical focal points to guide teams and ensure consistent, high‑quality engineering delivery across projects.
As an Electrical/Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering electrical/electronic engineering designs, analyses and calculations in line with company, client and international standards.
- Producing, reviewing and maintaining engineering documentation (schematics, SLDs, wiring diagrams, specs, test procedures, BOMs).
- Ensuring on‑time delivery of high‑quality engineering packages with full safety and compliance.
- Responding to technical queries and support workshop/offshore activities and investigations.
- Performing root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions for design issues.
- Supporting development of power, control, communication and electronic/PCBA systems.
- Collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams and promoting best engineering practice..
- Have a bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Controls Engineering with strong theory foundation.
- Have proven 3 years of experience with electrical/electronic design, AC/DC systems, analogue/digital electronics and component selection.
- Have confidence working in an international team, fluent English is a requirement as well as strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with capability to write clear documentation.
- Writing of documents / test procedures / drawings: Such as Equipment Functional Design Specifications; Equipment Design Requirement Lists; Equipment Data Sheets; Electrical Single Line Diagrams; Electrical Wiring diagrams; Cabinet Layouts.
- Have knowledge of IEC, CE and other relevant international standards plus risk, EHS and QA processes.
- Ideally proficiency in Creo, Altium, Team Center (or other Product Lifecycle Management Software), AUTOCAD, etc.
- Be flexible, collaborative and able to support manufacturing, testing and offshore/workshop tasks when required
