We are expanding our IC Design team at Xavveo and are looking for Analog IC Designers at different levels, from Junior to Senior/Staff. We may hire more than one person, so we are interested in complementary profiles.

You will work on the next generation of our integrated circuits, combining analog IC design and silicon photonics for Xavveo’s radar and sensing technology. The work covers the complete development cycle, from circuit architecture and transistor-level design through simulation, layout and verification to tape-out and silicon characterization.

Beyond strong analog design skills, we are particularly interested in people who want to improve how IC design is done. Python, scripting and design automation are becoming increasingly important to us, and we want to explore how AI can be used effectively in IC design, optimization and verification.

Experience with high-speed analog, silicon photonics, PLLs/VCOs, RF/mmWave, SiGe or RF-SOI is valuable, but we don’t expect every candidate to cover all of these areas.

For more experienced candidates, the role can also include technical ownership and steering of external IC design resources and development partners.

Our current hiring focus is Berlin, where we work in a hybrid setup with regular presence in the office. For particularly strong candidates, we are also open to discussing other arrangements.

If this sounds interesting to you, or if you know someone who might be a good fit, please get in touch.
