- Lead the design and construction of utility systems for industrial plants, including heating, cooling, steam, sanitary, and fire protection (sprinkler) systems, ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards
- Prepare design documentation, including feasibility study, concept, basic and detail design
- Collaborate with clients and interdisciplinary teams to ensure technical specifications and project goals are met
- Oversee external planning partners and manage project planning, budgeting, and scheduling, including negotiations with suppliers
- Supervise the construction phase to ensure all systems are implemented as designed
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in the field of building services, power generation engineering or thermomechanical engineering or training as a technician with a focus on heating, cooling, steam, sanitary and sprinkler systems with several years of professional experience
- Several years of experience in the design and construction of complex plant utility systems in an project environment
- Project experience in Germany is mandatory
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Proficient in CAD and MS Office with problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel and work within multidisciplinary teams
