Responsibilities
Candidate will be responsible for working on margining, characterization, verification and release of Memory instances. This activity will give candidate exposure to different types of memories like Single port/dual port SRAM/Register File; different types of views like Verilog, liberty, schematics, lef and gds; different EDA tools used for the development and verification flow. It will also give candidate opportunity to learn automation techniques which is one of the essential skills in the industry today.
Required Skills and Experience : Qualification & Experience
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering with excellent academic credentials
- 0-2 year experience in Memory design or characterization.
- Good understanding of SRAM and digital circuits fundamentals
- Basic understanding of device physics
- Understanding of computer architecture (optional)
- Working knowledge of scripting (Shell, TCL) and AI usage
- Hardworking and self-motivated
- Quick learner, good problem solving and debugging skills
- Willingness to be flexible and accept new challenges
- Capable of working as a great teammate or independently
- Good analytical and reasoning skills
- Good interpersonal skills
