Engineer/Senior Engineer-Primary Design

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the primary design and engineering activities for high-voltage GIS switchgear.
  

• Interpret and analyse customer specifications to ensure compliance with technical requirements.
  

• Prepare and review electrical drawings and technical documentation.
  

• Address technical queries related to GIS products and ensure adherence to IEC standards.
  

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for project execution.
  

• Guide and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical expertise and support.
  

• Ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and company policies.
  

Requirements

• B.E./B. Tech in Electrical Engineering.
  

• Minimum 6-14 years of experience in high-voltage switchgear or substation engineering.
  

• Strong knowledge of GIS products and IEC standards.
  

• Experience in handling technical queries and troubleshooting GIS equipment.
  

• Background in the substation or switchgear industry is preferred.
  

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  

• Expertise in managing and coordinating design teams.
  

• Proficiency in electrical drawing analysis and preparation.
  

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  

• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
