Lead Electrical Design Engineer电子设计

岗位职责

• 作为产品电子设计领域的技术负责人，为产品设计与开发提供整体技术领导与专业决策支持；
• 具备消费类电子产品经验，智能家居（Smart Home）类产品经验者优先。
• 负责定义、创建并维护完整的设备工程技术规格，包括但不限于：
• 电子相关设计规范
• 3D CAD 数据（与结构/机械团队协同）
• 零部件及整机装配图纸
• BOM（物料清单）
• 材料定义、外购器件选择
• 关键尺寸及技术参数管理
• 直接与客户协作推进 PCBA 相关产品开发工作，包括但不限于：
• 可替代物料（AVL/ALT）选择与评估
• PCBA 重新 Layout 可行性分析
• 现有设计的精益化（Lean Design）改进
• 面向成本降低（Cost Reduction）的设计优化方案制定与评估
• 能够独立完成设计方案的技术方案制定、评估和输出；
• 同时可与跨职能团队高效协作，包括但不限于：
• 研发团队（RD）
• 供应链团队（SCM）
• 制造与工程团队（Manufacturing / ME / PE）

以支持产品从设计到量产全过程的顺利推进。

• 在项目中识别关键技术风险，推动问题闭环解决，支持 NPI 到量产阶段的工程稳定性与可制造性。

任职能力要求

• 扎实的电子设计基础及量产导向的工程思维
• 能在客户与内部团队之间承担技术接口与决策角色
• 具备跨团队沟通与推动能力，能在不确定环境中做出工程判断
• 熟悉消费电子产品开发流程，理解成本、质量、交期之间的平衡
• 熟练英语能力
