Electrical Engineer/Mechanical Engineer ( For a North Macedonian Water bottling plant )

Position: Electrical Engineer

Location: North Macedonia

Industry: Bottled Water Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all electrical systems within the water bottling plant.
• Ensure continuous operation of production lines with minimal downtime.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on bottling, filling, labeling, and packaging equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, automation, and control system faults.
• Monitor and maintain electrical panels, motors, sensors, inverters, PLCs, and control circuits.
• Support production teams in achieving daily production targets.
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and electrical installations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate with mechanical and production teams during maintenance and equipment upgrades.
• Participate in installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment.
• Assist in reducing energy consumption and improving plant efficiency.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance personnel when required.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and production stoppages.

Equipment Experience Required

Candidates should have experience working with one or more of the following equipment:

• KRONES labeling and packaging machinery.
• AVE (Italy) filling and bottling machines.
• Blow moulding machines used for PET bottle production.
• Conveyor systems, compressors, pumps, and water treatment equipment.
• PLC-controlled industrial production lines.
• Industrial electrical systems, drives, and automation equipment.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.( Only Experienced candidates will be preferred )
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a beverage, bottled water, or similar manufacturing plant.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and automation.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical manuals.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in bottled water or beverage manufacturing plants.
• Knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Experience with KRONES, AVE Italy, or similar European production equipment.
• Experience with PET bottle blow moulding machinery.
