Swimming Pool & Outdoor Living Sales/Designer

ACE Outdoor Solutions is looking for an experienced Swimming Pool & Outdoor Living Sales/Designer to join our growing team in the Houston/League City area.

We specialize in custom swimming pools and complete outdoor living environments, including patios, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, fire features, hardscapes and more. We’re looking for someone who can take a homeowner from the initial consultation through design, presentation and ultimately a signed project.

This is not a cold-calling position. ACE currently generates 50+ customer appointments per month, and our goal is to put a proven sales/design professional in front of qualified homeowners who are actively looking to transform their backyard.

The ideal candidate has experience selling custom swimming pools or high-end outdoor living projects and is comfortable creating professional 3D designs using Pool Studio / Structure Studios or similar design software. More importantly, we’re looking for someone who knows how to listen to a homeowner, develop a vision for their property, present that vision confidently and close high-ticket projects.

What you’ll be responsible for:

* Conducting in-home and on-site customer consultations

* Designing custom pools and complete outdoor living environments

* Creating and presenting professional 3D designs

* Developing project proposals and presenting pricing

* Following up with prospective customers and managing your sales pipeline

* Closing custom pool and outdoor living projects

* Working alongside our construction and operations team to ensure a smooth handoff after the sale

What we’re looking for:

* Proven swimming pool and/or outdoor living sales experience strongly preferred

* Strong 3D pool design capabilities

* Experience with Pool Studio / Structure Studios preferred

* Experience selling $75K–$200K+ residential projects is a major plus

* Strong communication, presentation and closing skills

* Understanding of gunite pool construction and outdoor living

* Self-motivated and comfortable managing a high volume of opportunities

* Professional appearance and ability to build trust with homeowners

Compensation

This is a performance-driven position with uncapped earning potential.

We offer a highly competitive commission structure beginning at 6% of commissionable revenue, with performance accelerators up to 8%.

For the right salesperson/designer, our combination of average project size, lead volume and commission structure provides a legitimate opportunity to earn well into six figures annually.

This is a full-time hybrid position based in League City, Texas, with customer appointments throughout the Greater Houston area.
