Technical Presales / Infrastructure (m/f/d) - Specifyer

To strengthen our team at NAUE, we are looking for consulting engineers and technicians with expertise in geosynthetics (m/f). With the help of NAUE’s solutions and services, you will gradually build new contacts and customer relationships.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Marketing our products and services as part of customized solutions in Romania
• Supporting existing customers and acquiring new ones
• Following up on leads
• Providing technical advice to designers and consultants and/or public institutions on the selection and use of our geosynthetics (exclusively in the fields of infrastructure)
• Building trusting relationships with designers and consultants for infrastructure projects.
• Addressing key customer needs and requirements
• Maintaining communication between the customer and internal teams
• Resolving customer technical questions and issues, to maintain a relationship of trust
• Playing a key role in generating projects that leads to long-term relationships and colaborations.
• Preparing regular reports on progress and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key performance indicators from major accounts

Your Profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Experience in business management, sales management, can be an advantage
• Fluency in Romanian; a second language (English) is mandatory
• Proficiency in customer management tools
• Willingness to travel for several days at a time
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with professionals at all hierarchical levels
• Ability to work in a team
• Strong organizational skills
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills
