What you’ll do

• Prepare and manage License Entitlement / Effective License Position (ELP) packs (purchase data, entitlements, contracts, maintenance).
• Support publisher audits: evidence gathering, compliance analysis, audit response coordination, true-up support.
• Support renewals: consumption/usage analysis, optimization opportunities, renewal readiness packs, and stakeholder coordination.
• Onboard publishers onto ServiceNow SAM Pro:
• set up publishers/software models, normalization & reconciliation rules
• configure entitlements, contracts, subscriptions, and compliance calculations
• align with discovery/inventory sources and improve data quality for accurate ELP
• Build and publish dashboards/reports for compliance posture, risk, savings, and renewal pipeline.

✅ Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro, especially publisher onboarding and operationalization.
• Experience in License Entitlement preparation, Audit support, and Renewal support.
• Solid understanding of licensing concepts (metrics, bundles, SaaS subscriptions, virtual/VDI considerations).
• Comfortable working with large datasets (Excel/analysis) and translating data into compliance outcomes.

⭐ Nice to Have

• Exposure to ITAM/HAM, CMDB/Discovery, integrations with inventory sources, and SAM reporting.
• Familiarity with major publishers (e.g., Microsoft/Adobe/Oracle/SAP/IBM) and their licensing/audit patterns.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA / relevant implementation credentials) and stakeholder management skills.
