About the Role.

Job Title: Process Engineer

Job Location: Kuwait

Department: On Sync Energy Management Services Company

Job Responsibilities

1. Monitor and optimize the performance and efficiency of process equipment and production facilities.
2. Provide technical guidance on process safety and operational risk management.
3. Analyze laboratory and plant operating data to identify performance improvements and operational issues.
4. Coordinate closely with operations and control room personnel to support safe and efficient plant operations.
5. Monitor process parameters and recommend corrective actions to optimize production performance.
6. Support troubleshooting, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Prepare technical reports and provide recommendations to improve process reliability and efficiency.
8. Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and engineering best practices.

Qualification Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Process industry.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar process engineering or operations support role.
4. Strong knowledge of process engineering principles and production optimization.
5. Experience analyzing plant performance data and troubleshooting process issues.
6. Strong understanding of process safety management and operational risk control.
7. Experience working with industrial process control and plant operations.
8. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
