About the Role.

Job Title: Corrosion and Integrity Engineer

Job Location: Kuwait.

Department: On Sync Energy Management Services Company.


Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead and supervise corrosion control engineers and technicians.
  2. Monitor and evaluate corrosion control systems, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  3. Assess the cost-effectiveness of corrosion control programs and prepare technical reports.
  4. Develop and implement asset integrity and corrosion management programs.
  5. Lead or participate in corrosion-related incident investigations, failure analysis, and corrective actions.
  6. Provide technical guidance and training to engineering and operations personnel.
  7. Ensure compliance with asset integrity standards, inspection requirements, and maintenance best practices.


Qualification Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Corrosion Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  2. Minimum 8 years of experience in corrosion control and asset integrity management, including at least 4 years in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or similar process industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of corrosion prevention, failure analysis, inspection techniques, and integrity management.
  4. Experience developing and implementing corrosion control and asset integrity programs.
  5. Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Good understanding of industrial safety standards and maintenance best practices.
