This requisition is for our campus recruiting efforts. We are seeking individuals with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027.Founded in 2007, Ward Getz & Associates LLC (WGA) is a Texas based professional consulting firm that has steadily grown in a competitive market by consistently delivering exceptional quality and service. Our diverse project experience spans industrial, commercial, large mixed-use developments, hospitality, healthcare, education, municipal infrastructure, and both multifamily and single-family residential projects. From preliminary feasibility studies to full scale design, we are committed to providing value through innovative and cost-effective solutions tailored to each project's unique needs. With five established offices across Texas in Houston, The Woodlands, College Station, Austin, and San Antonio, and with remote team members located throughout the United States, WGA continues to expand its reach while maintaining a strong local presence.
Responsibilities
- Prepare proposals, scopes of work and contract cost estimates and require an understanding of multi-disciplinary team coordination
- Devises alternative approaches and solutions to problems
- Engineering planning, analysis, design, estimating, contracting, project management, construction and delivery phases.
- Building and maintaining relationships between project teams and collaborating to ensure that technical, quality, cost and client requirements are implemented
- Coordinating with outside sub-consultants, as needed
- Preparing a range of reports to communicate project information to team members, clients, and other stakeholders
- Works closely with project team
- The candidate will handle multiple simultaneous projects, within a multi-disciplinary team
- Other duties as assigned
- Enrolled to earn a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Environmental Engineering, or other related engineering discipline, with an expected graduation December 2026 - August 2027
- EIT license; or able to receive within 6 months of employment
