We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!


The Role

• Serve as a primary technical authority for establishing enterprise public key infrastructure and certificate management solutions.

• Design, engineer, and execute secure, identity-centric access control frameworks across legacy and modern enterprise architectures.

• Design, engineer, and install data center systems, cybersecurity stacks, and virtual training environment platforms.

• Gather information on product capabilities, investigate technical aspects of company products and competing solutions, and stay updated on hardware and software developments.

• Translate high-level product development strategies into network and system requirement specifications.

• Assess performance using evaluation criteria and technical performance measures, and provide customer liaison and support for business development activities.


What You'll Need

• High School Diploma with 9+ years of commensurate experience, or a BS Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a relevant MS Degree with 3+ years of experience.

• Must possess a Secret clearance and a valid US Passport, with readiness for up to 40% international travel.

• Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (e.g., Security+CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, CASP).

• Deep technical understanding of federated identity concepts (SAML, OAuth, OIDC) and Active Directory/LDAP architecture.

• Solid understanding of PKI concepts and experience with certificate inventory management systems, Registration Authorities, ADCS, and HSMs.

• Hands-on engineering experience managing Smart Card/Common Access Card (CAC) authentication and PKI certificate validation.
