• Lead full lifecycle product development, including design, development, prototype

testing, manufacturing, and implementation of hybrid electric power generation systems.

• Create and review schematics, drawings, CAD models, and presentations.

• Design and optimize engine-driven power generation integration, including coupling,

control strategies, and load management.

• Develop and refine power electronics architectures, including inverters, converters, and

rectifiers, to support hybrid power generation performance and efficiency.

• Conduct experiments methodically, analyze data, and interpret results to inform design

decisions.

• Test and evaluate theoretical designs to ensure they meet project specifications and

performance goals, including fuel efficiency and emissions targets.

• Identify, formulate, and produce effective solutions to emerging problems in hybrid

electric power generation development.

• Evaluate final product performance, reliability, and safety, ensuring compliance with

industry standards.

• Modify and improve designs to meet requirements and eliminate malfunctions.

• Estimate budget and project scope, ensuring projects are completed on time and within

budget.
