Are you…
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and member of CIBSE or IET
- Chartered Engineer or working towards becoming chartered
- Demonstrating proven experience and capability in mechanical building services engineering
- Confident in communicating complex technical concepts into readily understood information for a wider business audience
- Experienced in the application of quality procedures and document control in engineering design
You'll be responsible for ensuring sustainable, compliant, and cost-effective design delivery from concept through to construction, bridging client needs with engineering reality. Working collaboratively with clients, architects, contractors, and stakeholders, you'll lead mechanical design activities, integrate different disciplines, and drive innovation for high-value projects. Your Day To Day Will Include
- Providing high quality mechanical designs and specifications that meet client requirements and brief
- Delivering high level technical advice in mechanical building services engineering
- Supporting mechanical engineering in project design meetings, establishing solutions and agreeing concepts
- Ensuring delivery of co-ordinated design solutions through to project completion
- Collaborating with clients, architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
