Wheels

• Design alloy and steel wheels using CATIA V5/V6.
• Create 3D models, 2D drawings, and GD&T as per customer requirements.
• Develop wheel components considering strength, weight, and manufacturability.
• Perform design modifications based on CAE, testing, and customer feedback.
• Work with CAE, manufacturing, and quality teams during product development.
• Prepare BOMs, engineering change requests (ECR/ECO), and design documentation.
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards and customer specifications.
