- Inspect piping, valves, fittings, supports, routing, slope, tie-ins, and accessibility for installation compliance.
- Verify valve orientation, tagging, operability, pressure-end requirements, and vent-end requirements.
- Identify, document, and track punch-list items, deficiencies, and nonconformances through closeout.
- Support quality inspections, including flange alignment, bolt-up completion, material traceability, and pipe-cleanliness requirements.
- Assist with test-package development, boundary verification, system limits, and documentation readiness.
- Track hydrotest, pneumatic-test, flushing, cleaning, and mechanical-completion status.
- Partner with Superintendents, Construction, Engineering, Quality, and Turnover teams to resolve field issues quickly.
- Review constructability concerns, design discrepancies, and field changes to protect schedule and quality.
- Produce accurate walkdown reports, punch lists, inspection records, and system-readiness updates.
- Apply ASME B31.3 process-piping knowledge and LNG, petrochemical, or similar heavy-industrial construction experience.
- Bring 5–12 years of piping or mechanical field experience, strong drawing interpretation skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts in demanding outdoor construction conditions.
