About The Role

We are on the hunt for a talented Senior Civil Designer to bring expertise to our national team. If you’re passionate about designing the future and thrive in a collaborative environment and looking for work in Manly, on the bayside of Brisbane, we want to hear from you!

As a Civil Designer, Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Scoping, producing, and reviewing completed designs and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Preparing and delivering tailored engineering solutions that meet client and project requirements.
• Coordinating with external consultants, such as Surveyors and Hydraulic Engineers, to integrate necessary inputs into designs.
• Developing precise engineering and cost estimates to support project planning and execution.
• Conducting internal audits of the company’s business management system to maintain quality and compliance standards.

• A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in designing urban development, residential subdivisions, and infrastructure projects
• Strong expertise in road design, which is essential for this position
• Proficiency in using 12D software for civil design projects
• TMD (Traffic Management Design) Qualification
• Exceptional design skills with a keen eye for detail and innovation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate and present ideas.
