This role is paid on an hourly basis with a range of $40-$58 and is eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable laws. The expected approximate annualized compensation range is $85,000–$120,000.

Responsibilities
- Assist with design tasks and reports under the direction of senior staff.
- Conduct site feasibility research and site visit investigations as well as generate reports/recommendations based on findings.
- Assist in maintaining task budgets.
- Coordinate and assist with addendums, RFI's and change orders.
- Assist in coordinating the work of a multi-disciplined team throughout the design development and contract document phases of a project.
- Assist senior staff with the project approval process.
- Other related responsibilities as necessary to fulfill the objectives of this role.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- 4+ years of experience with general building mechanical design production, preferably with commercial projects such as retail, restaurants, grocery, financial, and/or convenience stores.
- EIT preferred, not required.
- Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office required
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to identify practical uses for company-approved AI tools to improve team processes, support better decisions, and increase efficiency
- Demonstrated ability to review AI-generated content for accuracy, protect confidential information, and remain responsible for the final work product
