Mechanical Engineer II

The Mechanical Engineer II is responsible for the design and planning of new and existing products by performing engineering duties as well as developing, designing and testing mechanical devices.
Responsibilities
- Designs, develops, and tests all aspects of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery.
- Responsible for planning, input, review, output, validation of, and changes of the design for assigned tasks.
- Maintain electronic job files as applicable to assigned tasks.
- Technical mechanical resource to Sales, Service and Production.
- Applies knowledge of engineering principles to design products such as engines, instruments, controls, robots, machines, etc.
- Involved in fabrication, operation, application, installation, and/or repair of mechanical products.
- Cross-trains designated back-ups.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience required
- 1-2 years of experience in FEM analysis
- Must be skilled in the use of Microsoft Office
- Solidworks experience required
- ERP system required (SAP preferred)

The pay range for this role is USD $84,315.00/yr - $113,883.00/yr. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
