Design and Development:
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design large crankshafts that meet
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed 3D models and engineering drawings.
- Conduct simulations and stress analysis to ensure durability and performance.
- Manufacturing Oversight:
- Oversee the manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
- Work closely with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during fabrication and assembly.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Quality Assurance:
- Establish and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all crankshafts meet industry standards and specifications.
- Conduct inspections and testing of finished products, utilizing measuring tools and equipment.
- Analyze data and prepare reports on product performance and quality metrics.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and
