We're looking for an Electrical Engineer who is passionate about solving complex technical challenges and transforming concepts into high-quality power system solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on projects supporting power generation, transmission, and distribution systems while collaborating closely with Project Management, Engineering, Testing, and Manufacturing teams.

What You'll Do:
As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and supporting custom electrical equipment that powers critical infrastructure and customer operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design AC and DC schematics, wiring diagrams, relay panels, and control enclosures for power system applications.
- Develop innovative engineering solutions that meet customer specifications and project requirements.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Manufacturing, Fabrication, and Testing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and validate subcontractor designs to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance.
- Ensure engineering drawings meet industry standards and EP² quality expectations.
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in product inspections and testing activities to verify design performance and customer requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting key milestones and deadlines.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of experience designing electrical systems, control panels, relay panels, or power distribution equipment or enclosures.
- Knowledge of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and power system applications.
- Experience using AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar CAD software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
