Job Duties

  • Create detailed electrical drawings and schematics using computer-aided design software
  • Collaborate with electrical engineers and project managers to transform design specifications into technical drawings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including revisions and change orders.
  • Ensure that all electrical designs adhere to relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Review and check drawings for accuracy and completeness, making revisions as necessary.
  • Coordinate with other team members, such as architects, engineers, and contractors, to facilitate project progress.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Draftsman with a strong understanding of electrical systems
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience
  • Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit
  • MS Office skills
  • Ability to read, analyze, understand and interpret design and electrical drawings
