We are seeking an Engineer to support continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Performing problem solving and root cause analysis to identify and address complex issues quickly.
  • Maintaining equipment reliability and developing solutions to increase uptime.
  • Developing and managing projects to install new equipment for process improvements.
  • Supporting new model development, preparing approval documents, and implementing engineering countermeasures.

Qualifications, Skills, And Experience Required

  • BSc in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 0-6 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, assembly manufacturing environment, mechanical systems, and 3D CAD software.
  • Strong engineering principles, project management skills, and ability to work collaboratively.

Working conditions include project management, leading initiatives from concept to completion, and physical tasks on the assembly line. Flexibility for shifts, overtime, and travel is necessary.
