Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Developer to join our growing team following a recent departure. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of hardware design projects and contribute to innovative embedded systems in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop electronic schematics and PCB layouts
• Work across the full hardware development lifecycle, from concept to production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on embedded systems integration
• Ensure designs meet performance, quality, and manufacturability standards

Technical Stack

• FPGA development
• PCB design
• Altium Designer
• Embedded systems

Requirements

• Proven experience in hardware development and PCB design
• Strong proficiency with Altium or similar design tools
• Experience working with FPGA and embedded systems
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Fluent German required

Working Model

• Hybrid setup (onsite presence in Hadamar required)

Compensation

• Up to €85,000 depending on experience
