Responsibilities
- Design the hardware architecture of the product
- Propose and manage department assets, tools, and equipment
- Proficiently use project management systems such as Codebeamer, Jira, TMS, etc.
- Ensure design activities are completed according to project timelines
- Review and evaluate system schematic designs based on product specifications, design requirements, and architecture
- Analyze and provide solutions for product-related issues
- Design architecture and solutions for power converters
- Evaluate and troubleshoot EMI/EMC issues in products
- Research and assess applicable standards for product development
- Ensure effective collaboration and task support within the team
- Develop technical documentation and guidelines in accordance with departmental standards
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
- Comply with all company policies and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience, especially in power conversion system design and EV/charging station systems
- Strong knowledge of system analysis tools (FTA, DFMEA, 8D reports)
- Familiar with ASPICE, V-Model, ISO26262 development processes
- Good understanding of power electronics, high-frequency magnetic design, EMI/EMC, and EV architecture
- Knowledge of EV and charging station standards (IEC, ISO, SEA, LV standards)
- Proficient in design tools (EA, Cadence, Psim, Matlab) and MS Office
- Strong communication (English), teamwork, and problem-solving skills
