What You Will Do

  • 車載用コネクタの設計開発
  • Molex既存コネクタの技術サポート、及び拡販へのサポート
  • 海外設計チームと連携し開発手順に沿った製品開発
  • 公差検証、FMEA、DRBFMや製造部門との製造性確認
  • 営業部門と協力して入手した顧客要求を反映した製品設計

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • 車載向け製品の設計経験（構造、機械設計）
  • 実務における2D,3D CAD, マイクロソフトOffice使用経験
  • FMEA、DRBFM、幾何公差に対する知識
  • 論理的かつ簡潔に要点を伝えるプレゼンテーション能力
  • 学歴：高専、大学卒（学士）以上 （機械）
  • 自発的で積極的にプロジェクトをリードし問題解決する姿勢 ? 誠意、尊敬をもって関係構築が出来き、チームワークを重んじる姿勢
  • 日本語：ネイティブレベル
  • 英語：日常会話、ビジネス初級レベル ※英語は業務上必要ですが、自ら学習意欲があれば可。

What Will Put You Ahead

  • 車載用コネクタ設計経験（構造、機械設計）
  • コネクタ材料の知識（樹脂・金属・めっき）
  • 樹脂成形、金属プレスの知識
  • 車載関連顧客（OEM, ティア 1 ）とのビジネス経験
