Job Duties & Responsibilities

* Design and manage site civil, land development, drainage, and stormwater management projects from concept through completion.

* Prepare and review engineering plans, permitting documents, site development plans, and regulatory submissions.

* Perform quality control and ensure projects comply with applicable municipal, state, and regulatory requirements.

* Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams while providing project oversight and hands-on production design.

Required Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field with 5+ years of civil engineering experience.

* Strong experience with site civil engineering, land development, drainage design, and stormwater management.

* Experience with permitting, regulatory compliance, site development, and subdivision planning.

* Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to oversee others while remaining hands-on with design.

Preferred Skills & Experience

* Professional Engineer (PE) license.

* Experience with AutoCAD, GIS, or similar civil engineering design software.

Compensation & Benefits

$43-72/hour based on experience level plus a comprehensive benefits package
