Key Responsibilities
- Design Quality & Compliance: Oversee design deliverables to ensure complete, accurate, and fully compliant engineering plans across all relevant authorities and building codes.
- Project Execution: Monitor workflow to drive the on-time submission of design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Cross-Disciplinary Coordination: Collaborate closely with structural, electrical, and architectural teams to produce seamless, clash-free design drawings.
- Value Engineering: Identify cost- and time-saving initiatives while preparing in-house design plans as needed.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Draft and deliver polished technical presentations to the Project Management Group (PMG) in alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Credentials: Licensed Mechanical Engineer (BS Mechanical Engineering).
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, BIM (Revit), MS Office, and engineering analysis software.
- Analytical Expertise: Skilled in mechanical/MEP calculations and system simulations.
- Field Experience: Proven construction/site experience is required.
